OK, I am a very disciplined investor who has patience and have about $30K at 0.01477 and want to average down. Now what I see is an almost certain halt in share price going up for a week. Will it drop and how far really hard to tell. Will there be a Buyback and Revenue soon?

Where will this be in 2 year? That's really the only question that matters to me. If it's a good answer I want to average down and if not then I still want to average down. Which brings up the most important question, where will this bottom out at. 0.0070? 0.0072? 0.0068?
