Since my initial post contained inaccurate information i have revised and reposted it.

What does it mean?

The company has been required by the DOG to post a 3.3 m $ performance bond (security) in case it fails to meet the requirements by the Alaskan DOG listed in the document.

The DOG now confirms these requirements have been met by PANR and therefore the bond is no longer required.

But what could be more important that we now have official confirmation from the DOG regarding the success of the Talitha drill operation.

The document has been released on monday after/ during the rise of the share price.
