No. I paid the cash price (no insurance coverage) on several occasions. The last refill at Costco, which has little to no markup, was a combination of the V card and something like GoodRx, and cost me $193 a month. Hardly giving it away. Insurance is kicking in something similar or maybe a bit less for people who are using the V card and their insurance coverage for a $9 script.
