This is "big boy investing", not for grandmas or rent money etc. YOU have to DYOR and see if the risk is worth it. ( or maybe not ignorant but short?) There is a reason why their is different tiers of exchanges and companies " uplist" when they have more cash on hand. OTC, OTCB, PINk are for small companies with limited funds, and those funds are used to expand, NYSE has stricter listing requirements as companies are better capitalized....plus audits are expensive and funds are better used toward growth.
