Do you mandate that your employees get vaccinated? Tested?

No. We do require masks when within 6' for 5 minutes or more and we follow a strict quarantine/testing policy when someone is infected.

How about you and your family?

I've encouraged my children to be vaccinated and they are. I've also supplied them with numerous home detection kits and I have about a dozen sitting in my kitchen if needed.

My wife and I are fully vaccinated. Our danger is that we have our grandchildren (6 <8 yrs) over on a daily basis. But at this point I wouldn't even think of them being vaccinated.
