Nothing happens quickly at the FDA. I would bet the infringement case is over before the FDA is half way through any sort of assessment. Even if Dr Mason supplies excellent data on oxidation they will still have to have endless meetings and consultations and then run their own trials etc etc etc. It’s a path Amarin still has to pursue but certainly can’t count
