Wrong, if the talks with LILAC had no base, all LILAC CEO needs to say was a few things, I have been doing for very, very long to know how these things work.

LILAC would possibly say the following if the talks had no merits.

"We are denying all the rumors about LILAC merging with CUBV"

If in fact they are talking and had discussions in the past


LILAC will keep it silent on the merger is confirmed or falls through.

If the ticker had continuous buying pressure based on the rumors, LILAC would have already spoken up and say the following because the ticker has very minimal dollar inflow, LILAC is not compelled to say anything at this point because they are not under scrutiny.

"We can't confirm or deny the rumors". Which is good
