Rose…… a secondary down here shows an unlikely escalation of working with PFE……they have managed to burn very little cash first half of year and seem to be very careful with the 500M……I don’t think we see a secondary unless cash gets down to 200M.
Unless there is a great deal in the works there is no reason for a secondary.
It would be extremely unsettling if they did and it was justified as additional working capital.
