But you still can't buy RGBP with Schwab. My guess is since Schwab uses payment for order flow they will open up trading once its beneficial for Citadel to short retail traders.
Brokerages that use payment for order flow in my opinion screw over retail traders because they get paid by Citadel to route retail orders. So a free commission trade has its disadvantages when you can't choose as a trader with what market maker you want to route your order
