Anytime NWBO is doing things for the future, it should add confidence in the bulls that they expect good trial results. If this was about milking the company, these acts are counter intuitive. We have seen this constantly for the last 6 months.

Being respectful to the bears, it 'could' also be to defend a buy out price if there's only a slight improvement over current SOC. I have always said that there's a chance this company will be sold for about $1/share +/- 10% in the event this is true. That means, in my analysis, that we have a 15% downside and a multiple upside, which is why I am perfectly happy with my investment AT THIS TIME.
