If they can reach their target group and then release TLD in the near future, then the target group will be more likely to know about NWBO at that time. It will not pay dividend short term, but will be part of the promotional train that NWBO has to ride through this process. They are a tiny, mostly unknown to the majority of the people who are advising patients, company. This is about exposure.
