Duffy said he was helping NWBO to achieve its potential. In my view that is not just and only browsing around and doing DD on NWBO but also to actually at that moment to help NWBO move forward. As it so happens that at that moment most needed was a required independ third party that could help with the SAP. Outside consultants could not do that.

So I do believe that was one of his jobs at NWBO
