NP man. My buddy and I talk on the phone last week 10-14hrs total about this ticker.

He is a very accredited investor and has a lot of $ on this play.

Going over the different convertible notes, SS, amongst other things.

We both came to the conclusion based off our long conversations that the restricted shares could and hell, may already have been used to pay off convertible debt.

Bc both him and I were concerned about convertibles.

That would kill this ticker or severely damage it upon any good news

So

Restricted = more than enough COH to pay convertible debt.

They still have 7M on top of that, but its not convertible so in a buyout who cares

Furthermore, I hope in the next 8k Koos announces a significant reduction or elimination of convertible debt.
