He has posted company names and/or stock tickers that he claims Cooley has been involved with scams. What he won't provide proof for is Cooley, or Mills or anyone else who have been convicted of any scams.

Stocks go up and come back down all the time, whether they're otc stocks or not. That doesn't mean they're a scam.

But that's the tactic he uses to scare investors.
