Except the most I've ever seen you post was your own words with nothing to back it up. In all the posts you've made I've never seen you once use actual definitive proof such as documents or press that actually backs your claims in turn making it really hard to believe you especially when these kinds of posts are all you make.

I told everyone that Mills was a pump and dump Attorney - look at all of the Companies where Cooley and Mills were connected. Let me guess that isn't a huge Red Flag.

That probably would be a red flag if I were able to actually find anything that would support it. If you actually want people to believe you and not just think you're here to spam then post the company names and details. Details are the biggest key here.

AVVH won't file an Corporate Action Request with FINRA because Cooley doesn't want the scrutiny. All of the pinkyland wishful thinking isn't going to make the reverse merger narrative true - it won't happen. If anything happens it will be with Omnis selling the Preferred share(s) to GQC. None of the Cooley shells have done reverse merger.


So you don't THINK they would file anything because of an assumption that you still to this day haven't done a good job at backing. Now I give it to you that sure if it hasn't happened in the past then who's to say it would happen now is a fair thought but again this is a massive assumption based on personal opinions and beliefs not actual documented facts. Does that make sense? You basically assume avvh wouldn't file for a merger or anything along those lines because you again assume that Cooley is a scammer who is afraid of being caught or called out.

Why don't you ever post any DD to prove what I posted isn't accurate.

That's just it I don't have to. A majority of the posts you've made have arguably not been DD because you keep making claims with nothing to back them up therefore just making them assumptions and personal beliefs. I feel like one of the most important rules for DD is that it needs hard evidence to support it otherwise its just another one of many random claims or conspiracy theories of what could happen.
