Hi fact 7 million + in liabilities still and waiting on all these revenues promised, and he didnt lock any shares up that would take a direct purchase in the markets to get shares off the market to lock them up.
He gave himself shares, and the OS went up... those are locked up but they were awarded to himself, not purchased directly from us on the open market.

If he locked up any shares would the code be a P, not an A? So those new shares yes they are locked up (for now until restriction removed) but they arent bought back shares, we paying for them.
