Essentially the DOC is in over his head IMHO. He is a one-armed paper hanger on a limited budget trying to hang with the big boys. In his defense, I can't imagine the monumental effort it would take to get national/international recognition of the efficacy of a new drug. While the DOC may be a good scientist, his business skills are in question. However, it takes money to surround yourself with experts in legal, financial and accounting matters. Right now, it appears that revenues are going in the right direction ($40,000 per month). Hopefully this trend continues to grow exponentially. As it does, the hope is that the DOC will surround himself with the appropriate experts who will advise him how to property settle existing debt obligations.

I tell myself that this is what I get for trying to get rich quick by investing in a microcap. Nonetheless, I am still a believer in the product and a good outcome here.
