After all DD it looks like gitreal is right. Probably they havnt sold a mine for 82M and get their money through this toxic note to fincance the development of tokens, wallet and exchange and maybe the mines. And think about the cancelled audit. Maybe we see an audit if this note is done to cover tracks. Will sell with the next pump. Not a good history. They need a rebranding to cover all tracks.
