There will be a lot of off-label use for (self-pay) aesthetic indications such as crow’s feet and lateral forehead lines. These indications don't require injector training over and above the training for glabellar lines.

The degree of off-label use for therapeutic indications is one of the major unknowns. RVNC will have a strong argument for payers to reimburse for all movement disorders once Daxi is approved for CD.
