Honestly my view initially complying with SEC was a big risk …… no longer now, risk fully mitigated/ closed.

Second risk low was nites issued …. Again with the latest 8K …… risk mitigated. Yes we so have some old notes if Dr Koos fails to re-negotiate etc….. we might end up getting inflow….. Risk accepted.

The last risk I see is if we do not merge or get bought out we might end up with an R/S …….. as we might need cash flow to finance ……..again very low risk. Risk accepted. Rationale - we got to PINK. There is a reason why we are pink - big whales will only participate with a transparent, reporting company.

The technology / patents RGBP is holding is worth more than the last 2 upper risks mentioned……. IMHO we are very golden here….. rare opportunity to get in at this prices……… risk vs reward is great. Weeks/ months i do not care worry. This is my retirement vehicle. Cheers GL.
