I believe those entities are set up to take advantage of the tax situations. I would expect nothing less than those to be post office mailings. There is nothing sinister in trying to screw SOLI shareholders out of the CareClix pie in my opinion. With that said SOLI does need to get these financials out. I am not sugar coating that.
