What are Bagholder Shorts going to do? Do you guys think it will be easy getting these shares Covered as the news flow of the Mass Commercialization takes root and LWLG moves to the NASDAQ with an extremely small float of 77 million shares and a firmly entrenched shareholder base including Management that did NOT sell a single share even at the height of the recent run to 17 you guys are in a real pickle! the way I see it, the tide is turning for the next leg up now and when you guys all rush to hit the exits at the same time (like NOW) to stop your bleeding this thing could be propelled into the 20's in a day or two!

Did Adam / White Diamond punk some 6000 Shorty followers? only a few days after the SA hit piece riddled with misrepresentations and outright lies about LWLG, Adam says he is moving on, thereby leaving the 6000 followers holding the Short bag, please do some DD and realize what he did to you folks, with the first co-authored news release with Global Foundries (or any other Tier 1) the PPS here could literally double/triple in a day or two, so best to exit now, the Short campaign Adam recruited you guys for began at about $8.50 and added some 400,000 Shorted shares, I don't think much of that is Covered today, be early to the Cover party is my advise to you! LWLG has already found it's way back over that level today and demand will only be increasing with the upcoming NASDAQ listing, and the PDK completions at the Foundries to ready LWLG for the Mass Commercialization Lebby has been telling investors to expect!

The 10-Q confirmed the following WRONG information Adam gave in the SA hit piece last week,

from the SA hit piece

"The company is almost out of cash " WRONG, this was confirmed in the 2nd Qtr 10-Q there was Cash for Budget through November 2022

"Lightwave Logic Is Being Financed by Lincoln Park Capital, an Infamous Vulture Fund" WRONG this was confirmed in the 2nd Qtr 10-Q, LWLG grabbed the remaining $7.5 million to end this Agreement FOREVER

There are also significant news flow expected here that could exasperate the problems for Shorts, these include

1) NASDAQ listing approved, Lebby ringing the Opening Bell

2) completion of PDK's at Global Foundries, and/or other Foundries

3) co-authored news releases with Tier 1's and Foundries
