Pay me to do DD on the company and its IP portfolio and competitor landscape and advise and, if requested, develop a war plan in that area (IP) for the company going forward - if the VC decide to invest in it (or in Thanatos' case, nott). Then I would tell you to run, not walk away from this fraudulent turd.

As I've written previously, it's a dirty, filthy business to give start-ups/pre-IPO companies a colonoscopy, but it pays ridiculously well.

A gastroenterologist professor friend of mine schedules all his endoscope and colonoscope work for two days of the week. He calls those his 'scoping for Dollars' days. He makes enough on those two days a week that he can use the other three days mostly for clinic and his academic research.

So this type of work is similar to his. Scoping for Dollars. Dirty, troublesome, unpleasant work. But the pay is good and you have a generous amount of free time to use as you wish on other activities.
