This is what I tell you, the market makers will know before the general public, if there is huge gap and run tomorrow, that implication is that market maker already know that the deal is done.
Look at the Tweet at 12:20, that was a either an intentional Tweet to catch the market makers off guard or purely innocent and he found out that deal is done before noon California time, strongly believe that his phone was ringing all throughout the day from market makers asking why the stock became so active , he probably gave them hint who they are merging with or he didn't.
But I think we can all agree there has to be some formal press release from the CEO, or even a Tweet from LILAC stating the merger.
that 12:20 was a taste for the market makers and force them to call him and ask him about the questions, I maybe wrong, but it there is a gap and run, the my theory could be right on the nail. But if this CEO needs this momentum to build on LILAC, then he needs something of substance or the market makers already know the substance before the general market.
Another words, if this was a pump and dump, that Tweet would have been released on Thursday, not on a Friday at noon, this was an attempt to catch the market makers off guard and let them talk it out over the weekend about the gap situation, or simply found out about the news himself before noon and I personally don't think it was the latter.
