FDA approves PFE/BNTX COVID vaccine for age 16+:

This is the FDA’s first approval (rather than EUA) for any COVID vaccine.

Whether FDA approval—rather than a mere EUA—will have a consequential effect on vaccine “hesitancy” has been hotly debated. My own view is that it won’t matter that much.
