Nahh, the Fda only “approves” drugs that they are shown to be efficacious from robust clinical studies! Look no further than the recent approval for Biogen. They worked their trials to the bone , as in boneyard, spending tens of millions if not hundreds of millions of dollars before receiving approval. Backwards and forwards they were allowed to scan the data before showing that if you close your eyes and throw 10 darts at a wall, if one of them hits the wall and sticks….because it sticks it must be a wall with a “stuck” dart in it. How is this tested you ask? Well we will find out by conducting one giant decade long dart sticking trial after approval.
