I think the shorts have been slowly covering for the past few weeks during this run up in August starting from under .015, probably took some new short positions when $RGBP hit around the .03 range to take it back down close to low .02s again... and then have been covering again this past week with the rise from .02s to .04... And that would account for the higher percentage rises in the daily short volume this past week. I think most of that short volume this past week has been short covering especially with the pressure they've been feeling with $RGBP increasing in regular buy volume with Regen Biopharma getting closer to becoming pink current and also the big news of the patent approval for the mRNA cancer vaccines has been adding fuel to the overall positive sentiment for the company and the stock having some good things going for it.
