Yup...looks like Pacific Transfer is in the process of verifying the ledger and all stock certificates in the financial system. Shouldn't be to difficult especially when the DTCC has 800 million of the OS already.
(Discovery posted about his theory about it...and I agree)

102 mil are owned by an entity as I posted before....

So that leaves 27 mil to find...
