Finally the mets owner said something that made sense, the OPS and scoring numbers don't lie and he was negative on the performance (Maybe this could get them going). If you listen to these players day after day it is like they had a bad week or something they have beat two teams in offense guys, all year, that is texas and Pittsburgh. And your dead last in extra base hits. This is not a bad stretch, this is a bad year. Period. And they are all so optmisitc with no urgency and all complaceny. And blaming the media for being negative. Is it suppose to be positive, your not doing well. Wake up. Nice to see the owner at least say something semi critical, these players and in another planet somewhere. Shaking my head.
