One has to look at the totality of this partnership. Why would any company do what Pfe. has done... I think that dealing with Amarin is likened to an octopus with 8 legs.. They are available to be plucked WHEN RIPE, which is coming to fruition soon. No way a giant like Pfe. would promote another companies drug without future aspirations of billions..
