Goal should be to have them just earn their cost of capital with all the rest of $$$ for AVXL shareholders.

For example, Lonza for manufacturing and McKesson for distribution might be a lot better deal than J&J.

The reason is the contract manufacturer is best at manufacturing and the distributor is best at distribution. That is where they are most skilled and efficient.

A BP is usually best at research, and isn't under pressure to be super efficient on the manufacturing and distribution as that is not how they compete. They compete based on their patents.
