Thom earns salary 300k a year, much more than he has owned total share of WDDD, this salary guarantee for his income as long as WDDD still alive. Why he should care for share holder? If CAFC reject the appeal , WDDD will be toasted, but he still has RLBD income....Do not expect anything help from him unless miracle from CAFC turn it over. Many years ago, I predicted this case will drag out to 2023, someone disagreed with me, said I am a basher, now see what's happen? If we are lucky get it turned over from CAFC, even we win at district court in trial, ATVI will file other appeal again?
Each time I have questions about Thom and the company, most likely I got the answer is : "If you do not believe in Thom just sell your stock and that's your money".
The settlement with LL 315,000.00 just feed 1 year salary for Thom it means WDDD still good for additional one more year. We better pray the miracle coming for us, we can do nothing !
