I know you have supported WDDD for a long time, but like a few of us here you have had legitimate questions. Sadly, when anyone has raised questions here on the board people get angry and bash the poster. They want no dissent at all. Now some of the people who didn't want to hear it are complaining the loudest.

If the appeal gets accepted there is a chance it gets overturned. However, a very legitimate question: as some have stated that the 101 was a corrupt decision, then why wouldn't the appeal be corrupted or rigged?

Even L4BC stated after the bad 101 decision that the Judge was bought and paid for. For those who follow his every post and enjoy his "facts" - why wouldn't the appeal be rigged? If it was rigged, do you think only part of it gets rigged or do they finish the job and either the appeal doesn't get accepted or not overturned. A legitimate question based on L4BCs statement. Any of the vocal supporters want to weigh in on that - L4BC, Quilt, tradetrak?

My reasons for buying into this IP Case can be summed up in two words=
Susman Godfrey. If they bail so will I. As long as they continue to invest their time (after an original DD of approx 9 mos) they bet we had a winner.
When a premier lawfirm like S & G is willing to bet (approx) $1,000,000. in time & talent into what they think is a winner, I'm in.
What Tom does or doesn't do is an interesting side bar? The Steak & Potatoes is what S & G does.
