Wonder why a simple lawsuit has not been filed charging the FHFA for fiduciary failure in its duty as a conservator? In court, the primary question would be where is all that money that you have preserved and conserved since 2008?

And, of course, the FHFA will neither be able to answer the question nor account for the money. The cherry on the lawsuit cake will be the question of why, as conservator, did you allow the NWS to pilfer the assets of the GSEs? Case closed
