A nuclear based plan for all advanced AD/PDD patients who are at some physician certified stage of health. Patients will be allowed to volunteer(guardian approved) for A2-73 treatment. All required assessment of releases must be done prior to beginning.

Basically, this is what I would want if I were in that position. Call it the Nuclear Option. Everyone who does this and makes it out the other end gets hazardous duty pay for life and is awarded the Purple Heart from a grateful nation.
