Chung is who sold the shares today. He gifts them to a crony friend and they each take a cut. That's how the cronies bypass an Sec. filing.

He won't hold those free 2.5 million shares till it's worthless so he scams them through another so he doesn't have to report it to the SEC.

These are professional crooks.
