Yeah, like a possible jail sentence. That’s why they have options. When you have no pr no 8K’s filled, no sales of parts deals to move the sp and shareholders value up, you have options and warrants and salaries like the ones in the tc 8K. You don’t have insiders buying shares with the money already received from LQMT shareholders that go into their pockets and then out of their pockets. Especially when you know it’s not a good idea.
They work hard enough at getting you to give them your money, without twisting your arm and now you want them to behave themselves like a long term or short term shareholder? When you see constant forward worded commentary from those inside indicating that a sale or sales look better down the road, then that statement just about prevents the insider from buying, unless of course they want to welcome a s.e.c. Inquiry.
Read the options and warrants package again. Even the runways for their expiration’s get extended.
Nope, unfortunately the only inside buying that has been and is taking place, are the ones being claimed by the outsiders based on what they believe is inside DD or endless theories. Eventually you wind up with a bigger gain or a bigger loss with those strategies.
I’ll settle for either on the current long term position, being that I’m not selling those shares, while earning $$$$ on the short term pops on the short term positions during those wash, rinse and spin cycles.
Right now it looks like we’re in the double rinse cycle. That’s where all the dirt and soap scum gets separated from the theories and actual parts in the wash and the true value gets revealed again as the share price drops and heads right back into the protected worded commentary of the spin cycle.
Insider buying? Heck they cannot even afford to exercise a .14 cents stock option in four years. How about just signing a contract worth millions to satisfy all shareholders instead of another theory to improve confidence and new interest in the company. Or find more deep pockets like Li to invest in LQMT. That should do it.
After all it is assumed, they found a deep pocket customer, willing to give them short term revenue for potential long term royalties. It’s not much. But I guess not being in a position to layout the expenses for higher profit for a lower percentage of an actual part sold, is the price all have to pay as outsiders. You know like royalties and 6% deals of parts sold by another domestic partner as stated in the 10q.
