Lamberth said the government will need to answer for good faith and fair dealing in the preferred contract claims. This is a jury trial. Two parties cannot “freeze out” the ownership of a third party. Lamberth already dismissed the APA claim in his court. I think people are overlooking Lamberth and afraid (fear makes stuff go lower irrespective of anything else)

I like the chances in Lamberth with emails like:

Parrott email- hey fellow travelers, this amendment is intended to never let them go “pretend private” again

And this gem from Treasury: we will make more money from this than the 10% dividend

And this one: The gse’s are entering the golden age of profitability

Plus Mario saying under oath that the DTA was NEVER DISCUSSED. Then changing his testimony after emails revealed otherwise.

But the trial isn’t for another 11-15 months(schedule is July but likely delayed)
