Negative, he resigned as Chairman, President and CEO from the latest filing. I posted it already from OTC Markets filing. OTC news is updated with current filings.

Plus he's not even in the U.S. like he said and can't fly. I think this rat exiled to China for something he did and can't return to tell you the truth.

Time will tell. Either way, he quit and has no business hanging around other than a pay check and continuing to rod the stock.
