Ekejija has been indicted by the SEC for his grandiose and clearly fraudulent claims of trillions in assets, along with VICT, PDXP, and CHIT which claimed a portion of his alleged trillions in precious metal "reserves". Of course, all fictional. By going rather public with all that, it went above the old, somewhat under the radar BYRG filing from 2010, and drew the ire of the SEC. I think the DOJ is involved as well.
