(it stays at F and F --- while a paper IOU is written)

How does any administration at this point - be it R or D or Z - get cash?

That motive if ever meaningful is over

Some one show me how it still exists

(again - if we have to buy our way out --- this is a one dollar cash for F and F but one dollar IOU for F and F )
