if he really had NWBO in mind then that means the FDA and NWBO have been in close cooperation all this time. That also could mean that a BLA could be fast-tracked approved, perhaps even in a few months after TLD. Of course all depends on how fast NWBO has a BLA ready.

Now we need a detective here who can look for biotech that could also be meant by Dr. Richard Pazdur. If there isnt any then it's NWBO. If that's the case then I see no hinder of approval. JMHO
