I agree with you. I was in one with a company LVXI and now is Maptelligent. I bought about 20 Million shares there at .0001 and when news came out that they were doing a RS it went to .0003 I sold at .0002. They did a 4000 to 1 RS unreal that amount! Just giving an example to what I experienced with that and why I agree with DJK. I do realize there are people that have a higher average and that part is why I think Henry said its a sensitive subject with what to do. I rather PHIL do a share buyback even if short term doesnt feel too good if SP goes down, imo it's alot better middle and long term as a RS won't be needed imo. Others may see it differently but I do understand it may get frustrating.

The Corporate Action was unanimously approved by our Board of Director on July 22, 2020. On July 22, 2020, stockholders holding 2,761,144,614 shares of Common Stock, representing approximately 52% of the voting power of the outstanding capital stock of the Company, approved the Corporate Action by written consent in accordance with Nevada Revised Statutes (the "NRS")
