I'm rather confused because I cannot find any SEC information or registration for Bitcoin Services Inc. or its previous corporate name Tulip BioMed Inc., either an S-1 registration or a Form 10 registration.....and I cannot find the correlation of Bitcoin Services Inc. to Franklin Scientific or Goodwell Inc. in your link.
If Bitcoin Services Inc. has never been registered with the SEC then there is no stock registration to revoke which means FINRA made an error with their 12(j)Registration Revoked by SEC posting.
And OTC Markets should never blank out any stock that removes all access to previous information even when the SEC does formally revoke a company's stock registration(s)......which they did not do for Bitcoin Services Inc., unless there is an umbilical correlation to another company that would have had their stock registration(s) revoked, and consequently by association Bitcoin Services Inc.
I won't submit a (fka BTSC) request to ADMIN. until I know why BTSC was removed from OTC Markets or why FINRA posted Registration Revoked by SEC.
