If you haven't looked yet, there is a correlation between the Asian theatre , European, Middle Eastern (BUNA) and western regions. Viet Nam is apart the next phase too. The meetings that included all central banks were talking about a digital transformation. Central Banks of about 200 of them met recently in respect to Central Bank Digital Currencies and compliance. The BUNA platform is owned by the AMF. It will be a hub for the Marshal Plan that is about to get underway if full tilt in the middle east. VN is just one of the plans, not at all something to over look. What I am talking about is a broader canvass but will have a profound effect on where Phil ends up. It looks like PHIL is poised to shine like a diamond. The volume today makes me smile.. ~ MM
