I have checked EDGAR and it appears that Bitcoin Services Inc. and its previous corporate name Tulip BioMed Inc. were never registered with the SEC so there is no registration to revoke.

Something very odd about OTC Markets posting Internal Halt and FINRA posting 12(j)Registration Revoked by SEC when it appears there is no SEC registration to revoke.

I'll look into the matter later on when I have time.
