Update Buyback details from CC 7/28/2021
Henry confirmed again today that he is using brokers and some investors to collect and return shares on blocks. This only confirms what we know about cash considerations on financials. Henry can't give an amount as things are not done. I don't disagree it's upsetting to not have a total provided.
Here are my thoughts. If we can qualify for the QB in the next 9 days. We must close at $.01 daily and we will probably dip but close at $.01. If we close at $.01 each day I will take that as a sign the buyback is sitting at those prices holding this up. If we fall below and it doesn't hold then the 30 day window to qualify for QB starts over and price must hold at $.01 or higher each day at close.

Back in November 2020 I was tipped off to start watching the broker transactions. It was speculated back then that is how the buyback would be processed. Below in the images are all the month over month reports on Finra of what brokers moved for shares.

Later Henry said on several CC that he is not at liberty to discuss the buyback but things were underway. He said he had to wait until current to provide those details.
Recently the broker transactions started to lower and the cash paid for considerations on financials went up. As of the last two filing the itemization sheets where withheld when that considerations where made public after they were found. See the last image and see what was on the prior financials and how Henry disclosed it on the last two sets. The itemization sheet was not required to post the financials.
If you look up Cash Considerations you find this "Cash consideration is the purchase of the outstanding stock shares of a company using cash as the form of payment."
Speculate as to what you think is happening. But myself I feel this is a strong indicate that when we left trips in December and all those notes started to dilute. Henry was having brokers collect the shares.
