I agree with your assessment! When I first looked at the financials it was clear to me that PHIL has been largely a share selling scheme, thus far. This could be as big as some say but, it's gonna take years. Most folks buy OTC stocks for quick profits by buying low and selling higher and many don't even like holding over night! I believe that $300 million MC will be down considerably before it reverses course.IMHO
