From what I heard it will dip into the total shares available on the USA market. At first I thought it would be a separate offering with its own set of shares. That is not the case.
I do not fully understand how that works to back feed due to time zone differences and when markets will be open.
Also an multiple entities in Vietnam have been buying or have been given Phil shares for months now. Looking forward to seeing what is disclosed on the next cc for deals.
We know the total number of shares for the buyback is unlikely to be disclosed on this cc. This is because we must be current first and then all the negotiated shares have to be moved officially on the books.
But we may hear about some of the negotiated transactions on this cc as a prelude to the future cc that will disclose those details.
