I agree By attaching that exhibit it was either a rookie mistake or a brilliant move. I’m having a hard time believing such a colossal screw up wasn’t on purpose from a law firm rated top 10 in the country. I don’t know. Maybe I’m in denial lol but I think this is part of a strategy I haven’t quite figured out yet, although it did get them to get the judge to tell them exactly what it’s gonna tske to get to trial. I think they were holding the combustion proof for trial Amd now they have to show it to the world. If they can do that and the judge overturns his ruling, PM has no choice but to settle. This is basically a bench trial now.
